These General Conditions will apply to the provision of fishing excursion services offered by GoBoating. The use by the client of the services of the company presupposes, in any case, adherence to these General Conditions of Contract.

• The skipper will be the person responsible for the boat and for navigating under the appropriate security measures, while the passengers agree to obey the skipper’s instructions at all times.
• The boat cannot be skippered by any person outside the company.
• Under no circumstances may more passengers board than those allowed by the company.
• The client agrees to make good use of the boat and the materials provided by the company, responding to any damage or loss due to misuse of the materials.
• Minor passengers must be accompanied by adults, who will be responsible for them.
• The consumption and/or possession of any type of illicit substances on board the boat is not allowed.

• Any change, extension or variation of the schedule and/or service provided must be consulted and approved by the company.
• Changes to the service that involve an increase in price must be paid before boarding or during the service.
• For a reservation to be considered firm, it is necessary to pay the % of the indicated service or the total amount through the different payment methods available.
• The total payment of the excursion must be made before making the boat and/or departure, preferably in cash. Card payments are accepted.
• The material misused and getting damaged will be paid by the client (fees on invoices from our provider leisure fishing).

INSURANCE AND LICENSES

The company has an insurance policy that covers both the boat and its occupants.
The boat has a valid mandatory charter license and fishing license for all occupants of the same.
The title of the skipper is in force and is for professional use, suitable for the government of the boat.

PERSONAL PROPERTY OF PASSENGERS

The company will not be responsible for any possible damage and/or loss of passengers’ personal property during the service.

CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS

The client may terminate the contract 45 days before the contracted date, without the right to compensation and with the right to a refund of the total amount delivered.
In case of rescinding the contract within 45 days prior to the contracting date, the reservation payment paid by the client will not be returned.
Any postponement of the date will be notified 30 days before the contracted date. Otherwise, the customer will lose the reservation delivered.
It will not be possible to make more than 2 date postponements in the same season.
Not paying the final payment of the service before boarding will be a reason for cancellation, without the option of any type of refund.
In case of bad weather, the company may cancel the trip, postponing it for another day or time, but in no case will the amount paid be returned.
The fish caught will remain exclusively on the boat.

The client and the rest of the passengers must respond to the responsibilities arising from any breach of the conditions and obligations contracted in this contract.

The images taken during the services may be used on our channels and website. In case you want them not to be used, you must notify info@goboating.es in writing.

The service includes snacks and soft drinks, so any allergy and food intolerance must be indicated.

It is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist what to take to avoid possible dizziness.
